Dear customer, I ask you to read the terms below carefully, as they define our agreement in fulfilling orders. If you accept the terms and conditions set below, please answer the questions to ensure results that will match your expectations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The artist is NOT an expert in replicas but representations based on his perception and the information provided by the client.

2. - Pre Order system. Between final order and shippiment of the product, we required 30 to 45 days

3. - We do not make figures of celebrities or public people. The pictures are just to show Airlan's wonderful work. To have your Character Figure, you must send us photos and fill out a form with the characteristics.

4. Identical reproduction of the uploaded and related photos is NOT guaranteed

5. Payment method: We require full payment by the time of the order.

6. We charge a flat shipping fee of $25 which includes currier fess, wrapping and insurance for the full value of the product.

Attention:

1. The customer agrees to send photos from various angles and in good/high-resolution. The artist will indicate which ones are most appropriate. Suppose the customer only has pictures of low quality; the client will assume full responsibility for the final result, being aware that working with images of this type will jeopardize the quality and final results of the product.

2. Changes to the order: The customer is aware that Flor NY Atelier will allow 01 (one) modification in the product during production time, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, if desired. If the customer wishes more than 01 (one) change, he/she must pay an additional fee for every change requested. The client is aware and agrees that any requested changes will increase the fabrication time and delay your delivery date.

3. Cancelations: The customer is not entitled to refunds or store credits of any amount in case of cancelation

Product Conservation/Storage: The Artist takes full responsibility to ship the order in perfect conditions, including sending photos and videos to the customer, proving the ideal state of the product. Once the product is shipped, Flor NY Atelier is exempt from and cannot be held responsible for any natural disaster or carrier damages caused during transportation, but your order will be covered with insurance for the full value of the product. The client is aware that all materials used in the production are of the highest quality; however, to extend the life and quality of the order, some care is necessary:

* Please store in a dry, clean space away from direct sunlight. Keep away from humidity & water

* Water will damage your pieces. Do not place pieces in wet surfaces. Avoid placing anything on top of your accessories or stacking the piece

* To clean your piece, use a damp cloth and rub very gently, do not scrub the piece

* Keep piece away from young children under the age of 6 y.o. In case if damage for incorrect storage, handling or care, no replacements will be provided.
